🌿 Summer Programs Update

Earth Trek will not be offering summer camps this year as we focus on our seasonal school-year program.

Families are welcome to join our mailing list for updates about future offerings.

Calling all nature ninjas, wolf girls, wilderness warriors, and bird nerds! Get ready to get down and dirty by joining us, turning over rocks and logs, honing your wilderness awareness skills, and hiding from predators. Out in parks running around all the time with a beach day every Friday. You will play nature games like camouflage tag, and firekeeper. We will become wild animals adapting to nature to survive. We will practice bird language, tracking wild animals, learn how to make animal homes, and so much more.

AN OVERVIEW OF OUR SUMMER CAMP

Each week will feature a different nature theme, guiding our explorations and discoveries. Every Friday, we will have a beach day at Carmel River Beach, where we can go tide pooling, treasure hunting, sandcastle building, kite flying, and exploring our vast ocean community between the tides.

Free Range: We spend our days roaming freely around the wonderful parks and beaches of the Monterey Bay area. We take a welcome break from the boundaries of inside spaces and ceilings, learning through play and adventure by following our natural curiosities.

All Natural: We are outside all day, all the time, immersing ourselves in nature. We take this immersion very seriously, occasionally rolling around in grass or mud, so be prepared to give your camper a shower after a day of camp. We are not afraid to get dirty.

Local: Our curriculum and activities are place based, flowing naturally out of the environment we are in. Our ratios are small enough to cater to the particular needs and curiosities of the group of campers in each camp.
